MANKATO, MN — Dr. Dan R. Bruss, the ninth president of Bethany Lutheran College, has announced his plan to retire June 30, 2015. Bruss made the public announcement to a campus assembly today. The Bethany men's golf team is no stranger to winning an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference championship. As we prepare for move in day for the 2013-14 school year, our resident assistants (RAs) went through fire safety training with the Mankato Fire Department on August 23, 2013. This training teaches all of the RAs the basics of using an extinguisher and how to determine what is the best method for putting a small fire out.
