Fall Play - A Christmas Carol

Friday, November 21, 2014 - 7:30pm

The Bethany Theatre Department is delighted to present A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, adapted and directed by Prof. Peter Bloedel.

A Christmas Carol is the classic Christmas favorite about the stingy moneylender Ebenezer Scrooge. In the course of one night, Ebenezer is visited by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley, as well as the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. These ghostly encounters show him how to embrace the true Christmas spirit.

Performances will take place in the Sigurd K. Lee Theater of the Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. on November 14, 15, 21, and 22 with a matinee at 2 p.m. on November 16. Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $6 for children, students, and senior citizens (55+). Ticket reservations may be made beginning Monday, November 3, online through the Tixato link below, or through the Bethany Box Office. The Box Office is open from 1-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may visit in person or call 507-344-7374. Online ticketing is also available starting November 3.
