Clubs and Organizations Recognition

The Bethany Lutheran College Student Senate encourages students to form Student Activity Groups on campus. Student Activity Groups include clubs, organizations, and events. In order to be eligible to receive funding and be allowed to advertise for events, Student Groups must complete a recognition packet and then submit it to, and have it approved by, Bethany Student Senate.

Each academic year, new and returning clubs, organizations, and events must complete the Student Activity Groups Recognition Packet.

Once officially approved, any Student Activity Group may request funding from Student Senate by filling out a Financial Request Form.

After a Student Activity Group has received and used Student Senate funds, the group must fill out a Post-Funding Report Form.

Completed Recognition Packets should be submitted to the Student Senate's Internal Affairs Chairperson.

Student Senate will notify you of your recognition and ability to advertise and receive funds.

Completed Financial Request Forms and Post-Funding Report Forms should be submitted to the Student Senate's Financial Affairs Chairperson.
