Round Three: Amy should be returned to the Smiths.

Case: Jane and Mike Smith, a married couple both addicted to drugs, are unable to care for their infant daughter Amy. She is taken from them by court order and placed in a foster home with Mary and John Baker. The years pass. Amy comes to regard the Bakers as her real parents. They love her as they would their own daughter. When Amy is 9 years old, Jane and Mike, now rehabilitated from drugs, begin court action to regain custody. Amy does not want to leave the Bakers. The Government Team must uphold this proposition: Amy should be returned to the Smiths.

Bronze Round: This house doesn't mind looking stupid.
Gold Round: A free education for U.S. students should be provided for 14 years, not just 12.
