The mail room is located on the first floor of Old Main.
Mail is sorted and distributed between 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Students in Anderson, Teigen, Larson, and Gullixson Halls have access to their mailboxes with their room keys. Students in Edgewood Place, as well as off-campus students, must check out a mail key from the mail room during the first week of classes. Mailboxes for off-campus students are assigned at the start of the semester.
Packages can be weighed and stamps can be purchased through the Bethany Bookstore, though the drop box for out-going and on-campus mail is located in the Mail Room. Packages weighing over 1 pound must be taken to the Post Office, or mailed through UPS, which can also be done through the bookstore. The out-going mail is picked up Monday through Friday around 4:00 p.m.
Parcel boxes have been installed in the mail room so that students may retrieve packages whenever the building is open. A key to open the parcel box will be placed in the mailbox with the student's name attached.
Students receiving parcels too large for the boxes will get a note in their mailbox. To retrieve the package, the student must inquire at the mailroom door weekdays between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. OR stop by Audrey's desk between 2 – 5 p.m.
See a building secretary for copying needs.
