International Scholarship Program

To assist international students with paying for college, Bethany offers scholarships in amounts up to 50% of full-time tuition. Students must be degree-seeking, accepted for admission, attend full-time (at least 12 credits per semester), and live on-campus. Recipients will be required to prove that they have funding arranged to pay the remainder of their education expenses (50% of tuition and the full costs of fees, room, board, insurance and books — $20,355 for the 2012-2013 year). This scholarship is not based on any calculation of financial need.

Eligibility for this scholarship is limited to eight full-time semesters. Recipients will be reviewed on an annual basis following each academic year. In order for the scholarship to be renewed for the following academic year, recipients need to maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average and actively participate in the Bethany World Club. Students who lose their eligibility based on the above criteria have the right to appeal, and can do so by writing a letter of appeal addressed to the Director of Financial Aid.

Students who are eligible for Title IV aid are ineligible for this scholarship.
