Gullixson Hall was built in 1999 and features air conditioned rooms with individual comfort level controls. The first floor of Gullixson boasts fully outfitted apartments. Similarly to the other residence halls, Gullixson Hall is prepared and staffed to handle residential life issues. Each residence provides spacious, well-equipped rooms, laundry facilities, kitchen access, lounges and study areas for individual or group work as well as tutorial services.
