In this residential program, students learn how to create videos for a marketing campaign. The daily coursework includes marketing strategies, video production techniques, editing and post production, and mass distribution plans. This program would work well for students interested in communications, public relations, advertising, marketing, or business.
Duration: 4 weeks, July 2012
Location: Mankato, Minnesota, USA
Students gain valuable access to cutting-edge studio space and equipment. Bethany’s communication department includes a high definition production studio, computer labs, and several editing suites.
Real Clients and Projects
The coursework incorporates a real-world client so that students gain experience working with American businesses and create a professional product for their portfolio.
American Life and Culture
A weekend host family stay and a variety of recreational and cultural activities are included to expose students to Minnesota life. Dormitory housing and cafeteria meals are provided.
This program ends with a trip to L.A. and Hollywood, California.
