The mission of the Career Services Department at Bethany Lutheran College is to provide students with the resources and tools necessary to successfully manage their career and employment opportunities. Career Services offers an instructive link between the student, their academics, the workplace, and the community.

The purpose of the Career Services Department is to provide resources and services that assist the student with their internship, career planning, and/or search for employment. The role of the Career Services Department is not to act as an employment agency but rather to provide the tools and resources to best equip each individual to successfully manage their own career.
