The mission of Bethany Lutheran College Career Services Office is to provide students with the resources and guidance necessary to successfully manage their career and employment opportunities. We offer an instructive link between the students, their academics, the work place and the community and is committed to helping current students and alumni find rewarding and fulfilling careers.

The role of Career Services is to not act as an employment agency, but a counseling center that provides tools and resources to best equip each individual to manage their own personal brand of success.
