Bethany Lutheran College is proud to offer its students an opportunity to grow
not only intellectually and spiritually, but physically as well. Intramural
sports are a good way for students to have fun and grow within the Bethany community.
Getting involved with Intramurals is a great form of recreation that promotes
both social and competitive on-campus sports activities. Intramurals presents
traditional team sports such as flag-football, basketball, whiffle ball, and
volleyball; however, it is not limited to only those. Billiards and Sports Pick'ums
are among those activities that do not involve team play but offer competition
on an individual level.
Fall Semester Sports
Registration forms can be picked up in the SFC on the Wall of Forms. Completed forms can be turned into the Coordinator of Intramurals. Contact Leigh Ann LaFave with questions.
Tennis
- Registration begins: Saturday August 23rd
- Registration ends: Friday August 29th @ noon
- Competition Dates: Play begins Monday September 1, @ 4:30-6:30pm, play continues for the following five Mondays; ends Oct. 6; Location BLC tennis courts
Sand Volleyball
- Registration begins: Saturday August 23rd
- Registration ends: Tuesday September 2nd
- Competition Dates: Play begins tentatively Sunday Sept 7; following Tues/Wed/Thurs
Racquetball
- Registration begins: Saturday August 23rd
- Registration ends: Tuesday September 2nd
- Competition Dates: Play begins Monday September 8; weekly schedules will be posted
